MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Responsibilities :

Initiate projects related to all departments in the company
Review proposals and negotiate
Monitor the execution of projects up to completion
Involve in company planning (financial & non-financial) and control to protect company’s assets and profitability
Working with other departemnts in handling managerial issues that can relate with internal and external parties
Evaluate the work of other departments
Requirements :

Minimum S1 in Management/ Accounting/ Industrial Technology/ Business Administration/ Language Literature/ Food Technology/ Chemistry
Willing to travel, most likely between Bekasi and Bali at the beginning (Base: Bali)
Great English is a MUST
Working experience preferably min 4 years
Strong leadership is a MUST
