Job Description

1. Responsible for the overall Accounts Payable functions, mainly in recording of invoices, processing of payments, checking of expense claims and petty cash 2. Perform VAT tax reporting and other monthly tax report (PPh 21/23/25/26/Ps4ay2) 3. Work closely with external and internal auditor, compile and organize reports required by external and internal audit. 4. Preparation of weekly/monthly cash flow projections 5. Perform monthly reconciliations report and ad hoc tasks required by the Finance Manager

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences in Accounts Payable 2. JDE knowledge will be an added advantage 3. Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills 4. Candidate must have the ability to multi task and proficient in MS Excel 5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and within stringent deadlines 6. Team work abilities are a must 7. Overtime is required
